Gallery Guide

Here is a quick guide that will help you use our Galleries to view wedding photos and order prints.

The first thing you have to do is click on the full gallery link from the previous page.  You'll see a screen that looks similar to this:

Click on the 'OPEN GALLERY' tab.

In the box called 'EMAIL ADDRESS' it is important that you put in YOUR email address, NOT the bride and groom's. By putting in your own email address our gallery software will create a personal gallery space for you. This allows you to choose and store your favourite images to allow you to easily order prints and digital files.  Use the same email address for every subsequent login.

In the password box, input the given password.  The password is always the Bride's maiden name unless otherwise stated.

And you're in!!!! Woo hoo!

From here you can view all the photos, order prints and digital files.  You can view the gallery by scrolling down; clicking on the first image and manually scrolling through them; or launching the slideshow player which will play all of the images from start to finish.

A bottle of wine and some nibbles is essential for this part!

When you click on an image you will get to see a larger version of it and a number of options.

Directly below the image you will see options to favourite (yeah we know it says favorite, but we're not American!) the image and turn it into Black and white.

You favourite an image by clicking on the favourite button once.  Press it again to remove it from your favourites.

When you favourite an image it is put into your favourites folder.  You can access the favourites folder by scrolling to the top of the gallery and clicking the favourites tab. A little number beside the favourites tab helps you keep track of how many images you've favourited.

The favourites folder is a great way of compiling images that you'd like to have printed.

The B&W button doesn't need much explaining.  By clicking on it you can make the image Black and white for printing/downloading.  All colour images can be switched to black and white but unfortunately, images initially displayed in black and white can't be turned into colour.

Up in the top right hand corner you will see the 'Buy Photo' tab.  Clicking this brings up our online shop options.

When you click into our shop options, the default tab brings up our print shop. With this tool you can buy prints of the image in various different sizes.

Our printers are of an exceptional standard, hand-picked by us to fulfil your print order. The photographs you receive will have been colour corrected and optimised before being printed on Fuji crystal archive paper, ensuring your print doesn't fade of the years. The final delivered photographs contain no watermarks.

Before ordering a print you have the option to crop it.  Please note that it is better not to crop the image too much for the sake of quality.

The Digital Media tab gives you the option to buy the high resolution photograph file.  Once purchased it will be immediately sent to your email address so you can have it printed as many times as you like by your own printer.

This can be more cost effective if you are making a photobook or printing multiple copies of an image for friends and family.

Finally, the product tab allows you the option to purchase a USB containing all the digital images.  The USB comes packaged in a deluxe, wooden photobox with a selection of prints.
