Hi, we're Brideen and Deci. Thanks for considering us to photograph your wedding. We love photographing weddings in an artistic, creative way. Our aim is always to create beautiful images that will inspire and move you. 

We love the excitement, romance, beauty, and unpredictability that every wedding brings with it. For us, wedding photography is telling that story - documenting your day as naturally as possible.

OUR STYLE

We strive to take creative images that are true to who you both are - capturing your wedding as we see it. All we need from you to achieve this is a little patience and trust. 

We pride ourselves on being discreet and easy to work with. We can’t claim that you won’t see us on your wedding day, but we never get in the way. A lot of what we shoot is completely candid and we don’t like to interfere (unless you need Deci's skills at pinning a buttonhole, doing a single windsor or tying ribbons to a car!).

Two Photographers

With Simple Tapestry you have TWO photographers shooting your wedding.  This allows us to capture so much more than a single photographer ever could.  If you're getting ready in locations nearby to each other, it means we can split up and cover both preparations. While one of us is shooting family photographs the other is shooting guests. With two photographers we can be in two places at once, that way we capture all the little details you might otherwise miss.  

PORTRAITS

We love shooting outdoors, using natural light whenever possible. Even on a cold, wet Irish day you can get the most stunning photographs by venturing outside. Our aim is to make your photo session relaxed and fun. We give you a bit of direction if you need it, but we always try to keep our photographs as natural as possible.

During summer months, extended coverage allows us to take advantage of gorgeous summer evening light. Golden hour, the time leading up to sunset, is really magical. We often bring you outside for 10 minutes after dinner for a few quick shots if you're up for it - the results can be stunning.

FAMILY & Group PHOTOS

Family and group photos are an important part of the day and we are more than happy to take as many or as few as you decide. Through shooting hundreds of weddings we've developed techniques that make this part of the day as fuss free and enjoyable as possible. We don't like our formal shots to be too formal!

Option 1 - £1600

Full-day coverage from bridal prep until start of meal.

Option 2 - £1900

Extended coverage from bridal prep until the first dance (and a few after).

Option 3 - £2350

Extended coverage from bridal prep until the first dance & a 30-page 12x12 fine-art album. 

Destination Weddings (Europe) - £2400

This price includes flights to all European destinations served by Belfast/Dublin airports, accommodation and extended coverage of your wedding. We love to travel. To date, we've shot in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Belgium, Greece, Sweden and Iceland.

USB drive with all processed hi-res, printable images. 

Extras:

Couple shoot, before or after the wedding - £250

Express edit - get all your photos within 5 working days - £150

Booking

When you're ready to book, a £300 deposit plus a completed booking form secures your date in our diary. This can be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer.  The remaining balance is due closer to the wedding date.

Online Gallery

As well as receiving all processed hi-res, printable images on a USB (500 minimum), you will also have access to a password protected online gallery to share with friends and family. In the gallery you will be able to choose favourites, download web-optimised pictures straight to your phone, convert to black and white, and order prints.

Albums

We absolutely love albums and prints. Deci and I print almost every personal photograph we take - even our iPhone pics. We design all of our albums in order to best tell the story of your wedding, and only use the very best suppliers.

Fine-Art Album (30 Pages/15 spreads)

As you will have all the hi-res images from your wedding, you can create your own wedding album through your own suppliers.  We can take the hassle and stress out of this by designing album spreads to your own printer's specifications.  £125 (up to 20 spreads /40 pages), - £175 (Up to 40 spreads/80 pages).

Couple & engagement Shoots

Couple/engagement shoots are a great way of preparing for your wedding photographs. They help you to get used to the camera so that on your wedding day you’ll be more relaxed and know what to expect from us. They’re also a great way for us to get to know each other better.

So what does a couple shoot involve? Well that’s up to you as much as it is us! It’s generally a really laid-back 1-2 hour photoshoot. What you wear and where you do it is up to you - although we’re happy to offer suggestions.
