It's probably silly to get as enthused with a stretch of road, but every time we visit Deci's parents in Castlederg, we love to take the same road to Donegal.  It's a gnarly old border road, full of potholes and sheep that've escaped their fields - Deci's dad calls it a 'horrible road but a great drive.'  There's nothing like that view when the mountains suddenly start to appear on the horizon over the yellow-brown landscape.

Tonine and Ruairi got married in Omagh, with their reception in Donegal and asked if we wouldn't mind taking their wedding photos on an old border road... by total coincidence, it was our road. Donegal provided us with one of it's usual, beautiful grey skies -  they always seem to teeter on the edge of an angry storm, regardless of the time of year or weather. It was brilliant to share one of our favourite places with one of our favourite couples...
