Wedding photography has taken us all over Ireland and Europe, and as much as we love the travel aspect of our job, we love a good Belfast wedding. The Good Shepherd Church on Ormeau Road where Eve and Thomas got married is so close to our house that we could’ve walked to it. With the morning prep in rosetta and reception in The Titanic Hotel, there was less time spent on travelling and more time on having the craic.

This wasn’t the case for Thomas who travelled from Newcastle (not that one, the BIG one) with his family to sunny Belfast (shockingly, it was a bit of a scorcher). Of course, this was an excuse for Eve and Thomas to whip out their shades for the wedding photos. They looked pretty badass, though, so no complaints from us.

No matter how many times we’ve photographed there, we never get bored of the drawing rooms in the Titanic Hotel. As you’ve probably guessed from the name, this is where artists and engineers worked on designing ships, and as a result, it is bathed in gorgeous light all day. It’s definitely one of our favourite places to work.
