Being from the west, we grew up loving the mountains of Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim, but there’s something about the Mourne Mountains that is really special. Rosalie and Martin’s house in Castlewellan has a spectacular view of the Mournes, so it was kind of fiting that our first and last pictures of the day were of them.
After their ceremony in Castlewellan, we headed on to Tullyveery House. If you follow our blog, you’ll know about our love for this venue. As well as being utterly beautiful, it has the best staff imaginable - they even offer to drive you to get views of the sunset!
Rosalie and Martin are class. We just loved how chilled Rosalie is. I think Martin will be the first to admit he’s not a fan of having photos taken, but by the time we did the sunset photos, he was pulling the best, smouldering poses imaginable. Added confidence or the Guinness? We can only guess…
