We have to start by talking about Rachel’s dress. Wow. Doesn’t she look absolutely unreal? And as if that wasn’t enough, her veil and matching Converse were embroidered with autumnal flowers - easily one of the coolest wedding details we’ve seen. Yeah, Eoghain scrubbed up well too, but even he’d have to admit that all eyes were on Rachel.
When we had a meeting with Rachel and Eoghain before their wedding, they told us they weren’t comfortable in front of the camera. Yeah… turns out that was complete nonsense. These two were naturals. Effortless, relaxed, and pulling off the best poses without even trying. We barely had to give them any direction at all. They just nailed it.
The Carriage Rooms at Montalto was the perfect backdrop, especially for an autumn wedding. There’s something about the way the season hits this place. The golden leaves, the crisp air, and the way the light filters through the trees. And when the ceremony is held in the reception room upstairs it’s even better. The big windows, the airy feel, the way the light floods in - it’s hands down one of the best spots for a wedding ceremony.
