How incredible does Janet look? We said it to her on the day and it still stands: she fits Castle Leslie perfectly. There is something about her effortless elegance that feels made for that estate. That is not to say Daniel did not look the part, but we will admit he seemed most at home in the wee pub in Glaslough village with a pint of Guinness in hand.
After a beautiful ceremony in Janet’s local chapel, we made our way to the wonderful Castle Leslie for the celebrations. We really love this wedding venue. It's one of those places that feels incredibly grand but totally homely and cosy. And those grounds... They make our job so much easier.
A huge thanks goes to our friend Jude Brown who came along in the morning and became our third photographer. When both partners are getting ready in locations too far apart for us to cover alone, bringing in another photographer is genuinely worth considering. It keeps the story of the morning complete and lets you look back on both sets of preparations without gaps. We always recommend it when logistics make travel tricky.
